I truly enjoyed this accommodation with excellent and efficient staff from the lobby to the restaurant. The hotel is in a good location, in the designated Bamboo Garden area.

We only spent two nights here because we were short on time, but everything was great. The food was amazing and the bar had a fancy vibe. The hotel is conveniently located right by Sha Tin train station. 🍹 

This place was really clean and perfect, with beautiful views of a park and the river, a writing desk, and a carpet in my twin room in addition to its amazing location near a bus stop.

Knowledgeable and absolutely courteous staff at the reception desk onsite.

The location of the hotel is central, right by the underground and Sha Tin metro station. The room is a decent size and includes climate control, a hair dryer, and a writing table which were a nice surprise. 

The grand renovated with a view had basic facilities you need.

Breakfasts were exceptionally good.

The staff were extremely friendly from the lobby to the restaurant. The breakfast was super and excellent, especially for hot drinks like tea or coffee.- The location of the property was magnificent and perfect, close to eateries, Sha Tin, 

The food here is excellent, and the room is a decent size with a lovely view. They even give you complimentary water, and the mattress on the huge king-sized bed is amazing. the breakfast is really good and a great way to start the day! 

The room here is newly decorated and well-designed, with a comfortable bed, complimentary wireless internet, plenty of space, and a writing desk.

Hotel was pleasant and absolutely fantastic, really enjoyed our stay.

Magnificent location to huge shopping areas made it easy to get to key attractions. There was Pepper Lunch nearby, offering quick meals. The breakfast was reasonably good for hot drinks ie Tea or Coffee, excellent food.

Great location for sightseeing in Hong Kong. Fantastic and friendly employees throughout the hotel. - the hotel was kept clean. - Convenient central location near a large mall.

The location is magnificent and very convenient, close to banks, a brilliant shopping mall, train station, and Snoopy World. The grand renovated rooms offer plenty of space, a writing desk, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The breakfast served is absolutely superb and excellent, 

Actually, the room was newly remodelled and large with breakfast n lounge, it also had wake-up service. The location in a lovely area was excellent and unbeatable and there were shopping centres and a market nearby.
